Installation guide

1. Copy: https://github.com/ayghri/i-have-adhd 2. Follow INSTALL.md for your agent. 3. Enable the skill globally or per project. 4. Ask a normal coding question and notice the format change.
How to use it
**Simple example** Claude usually writes three paragraphs before the fix.
1. Install the skill. 2. Ask: “Auth middleware is rejecting valid tokens — fix it.” 3. You get the answer first, then numbered steps, then optional detail. 4. Less scrolling, faster shipping.
